Piano has been in my mother's house for 60 years, but she is moving to an apartment and no longer has room for it. Condition is fair, needs a tuning.
Recipient must hire a professional piano moving company to prevent damage to house or instrument. There are three steps: one up from living room to foyer, one from front door to porch, and one from porch to outdoor walkway.
